Where do you ship?
We ship to eligible U.S. addresses accepted at checkout. We do not currently ship internationally.
How long does production take?
Every gift is made to order. Orders normally ship within 1–5 business days after purchase.
How long does delivery take?
After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–9 business days, so most orders arrive within 5–14 business days of purchase. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart. We do not offer free shipping.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. You can also use our Track Your Order page.
Can I return my gift?
Because every gift is personalized for you, we do not accept returns for a change of mind. If your gift arrives damaged, defective, wrong or different from the preview you approved, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund it. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, production may already have started.
